FlipFinder is a product research and deal-finding platform that aggregates publicly available listing data from third-party marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and others. Our tools help resellers identify potentially profitable items by comparing buy prices to estimated resale values.

All product listings, prices, availability, images, and seller information displayed on FlipFinder are sourced from independent third-party platforms. FlipFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way responsible for eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, or any other marketplace referenced on this platform.

Any purchase you make through a link on FlipFinder takes place entirely on the third-party marketplace. FlipFinder is not a party to that transaction. You are purchasing directly from the seller listed on that marketplace, subject to their terms, policies, and seller agreements.

FlipFinder is a research aid, not a guarantee of profitability. Reselling involves inherent financial risk, and past deal performance does not predict future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlipFinder, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

In no event shall FlipFinder's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for a FlipFinder subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater.

FlipFinder may participate in affiliate marketing programs with third-party marketplaces. This means that when you click a product link on FlipFinder and make a purchase, FlipFinder may receive a small commission from the marketplace at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which products are displayed, how they are ranked, or the profit estimates shown. Our deal scoring and profit estimation algorithms operate independently of any affiliate arrangements. We are committed to providing unbiased data regardless of whether a commission is earned.

You agree to use FlipFinder only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

FlipFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FlipFinder after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
