Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy describes how FlipFinder subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and our policy on refunds. Please read this carefully before subscribing.

Plain English summary: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge.

Subscription Plans

FlipFinder offers tiered subscription plans that provide access to different levels of features, including search depth, saved listings, deal alerts, and AI-powered analysis. The specific features included in each plan are described on the pricing page.

A free tier is available with limited functionality. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits.

Billing Terms

By subscribing to a paid FlipFinder plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

Recurring billing — your subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) until you cancel
Automatic renewal — your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
Payment method — you authorize FlipFinder to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period
Price changes — we will notify you at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price
Taxes — applicable taxes may be added to your subscription price depending on your location

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. FlipFinder does not store your payment card details.

Free Trials

FlipFinder may offer free trial periods for paid plans. If a free trial is offered:

You will not be charged during the trial period
At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends
You will receive a reminder before your trial ends (where technically feasible)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your FlipFinder subscription at any time. To cancel:

Go to your Profile page and navigate to the subscription settings
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period. After the period ends, your account will revert to the free tier and you will lose access to paid features.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or your saved data. Your search history and saved listings will remain accessible on the free tier (subject to free tier limits).

Refund Policy

FlipFinder does not guarantee refunds for subscription charges. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, technical billing error)
You request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription charge and have not made significant use of the paid features
A significant service outage or technical failure prevented you from using the platform for an extended period

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
Dissatisfaction with search results or profit estimates (which are informational only)
Partial periods after cancellation (access continues until period end)
Annual subscriptions after the 7-day window has passed

To request a refund, contact us through the FlipFinder platform with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

No Guarantee of Results

A FlipFinder subscription provides access to our data tools and analytics features. It does not guarantee:

That you will find profitable deals
That profit estimates will be accurate or achievable
Any specific return on investment from reselling activities
Continuous availability of all features (we may update or change features)

Subscription fees are for access to the platform and tools, not for guaranteed outcomes or results.

Downgrades and Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new rate takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

Account Termination by FlipFinder

FlipFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In the event of termination due to a Terms violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
